What happens after I order the test?

When we receive your order we will arrange to have a sample collection pack sent out to you. The pack will be different depending upon the test requested but will include a sample container and all necessary instructions.

How long does the test take?

From receiving your sample we will normally have the results back to you in 10 working days. If for some reason we cannot achieve this we will keep you informed of the delay.

How will I get the results?

In most cases the results will be emailed to you in PDF format. If you do not have the means to receive emails then the results can be posted out to you.

Will I get information on what the results mean?

We do not give medical advice but will help you interpret the results and advise on the next possible course of action.
